36th International Physics Olympiad

Gayan Jayasumana and Nuwan Ganganath won Honerable Mentions. In addition, Nuwan Ganganath received a special award for the best student amongst the newly joined countries in IPhO.
The above five students were selected through an examination held by the Institute of Physics Sri Lanka on April 9, 2005. The contestants were accompanied by Dr. S. R. D. Rosa and Dr. Ramal Coorey.
