A. Title -
Titles should be simple
and concise. Begin the first word with a capital letter;
thereafter capitalise only proper or trade names and chemical
symbols. (font size - 14, bold)
B. Author(s) name(s) -
Use only one form of your name as an author in all of
your publications. (font size - 12, bold).
C. Author(s)
affiliation(s) - Write out the names and postal addresses
of all institutions in full. (font size - 12, normal).
D. Abstract
- An abstract must accompany each manuscript. The abstract should
be less than 200 words and be completely self-contained. (font
size - 11, normal).
E. Main body
of the paper - The body of the paper (text and math)
should be divided into sections with the use of section headings
and subheadings. (font size - 12, normal).
- Principal Heading
Left-justified heading, all capital letters, preceded by a
Roman numeral and a period. (font size - 12, bold).
- First
subheading
Left-justified heading, first word capital, preceded by a
roman capital letter and a period. (font size - 12, bold).
- Second
subheading
Left-justified heading, first word capital, preceded by a
roman capital letter followed by a period and a number (font
size - 12, bold).
F. Citations,
Figures, and Tables
- In the body of the paper
all references, figures, and tables must be cited consecutively
in numerical order. Tables and Figures should be numbered with
Arabic numerals (1, 2, 3, etc.) Use (a), (b), (c), etc., to
label the parts of figures. (font size - 11, normal)
G.
Equations -
Equations that are important, long,
complex, or referenced later in the paper are set off from the
text (displayed) and may be numbered consecutively with Arabic
numbers within parentheses (1), (2), (3), etc. These numbers
are placed to the extreme right of the equation.
H.
Acknowledgements - The acknowledgement section follows
the main body of the paper. One paragraph is suggested, with
acknowledgement of financial support listed at the end. A principal
heading is used for this section, but the section is not numbered.
I.
Footnotes - Use lowercase letters a, b, c, etc. to
label the footnotes. Refer to the footnote in the body text
by the insertion of label as a superscript. (font size - 10,
normal)
J.
References - Citation of reference information should
be as simple and as concise as possible. A superscript number
in Arabic numerals should indicate references in the text. Follow
the instructions given below when preparing the final reference
list in numerical order at the end of the manuscript.
