CALL FOR PAPERS

The 25th Technical Sessions of the IPSL in conjunction with the 29th AGM of the IPSL will be held in March 2009. The purpose of the Sessions is to enable members to present work done by them in the form of a research paper. Members who wish to read their papers are kindly requested to inform the Secretary by sending the full paper together with the author decleration form by November 30th, 2008.

Guidelines for preparing papers:

1. Three hard copies of the paper on A4 size paper (maximum of 8 pages) should be submitted to the Secretary on or before November 30th, 2008. Please see the guidelines for the preparation of manuscript.
2. The papers should be in camera-ready format. All papers will be refereed before acceptance for presentation at the Proceedings of the Technical Sessions.
3. Either review papers or original work can be presented at the Sessions.
4. The maximum time allocated to read a paper is 15 minutes followed by a period of 5 minutes for discussion.
5. The annexed application form must be completed by the corresponding author and sent with each paper submitted. All correspondence will be addressed to the corresponding author.

The authors of the accepted papers will be requested to submit a softcopy in MS Word format. It is intended to circulate the published proceedings at the Technical Sessions. The exact date, time and venue of the Sessions will be notified later.
